Veronica has represented clients in cases involving directors’ liability, shareholder disputes, conveyancing disputes and other civil/commercial matters. Veronica also has advised clients on restructuring and insolvency matters, and investigations by regulatory bodies including the Securities and Futures Commission and the Insurance Authority.
