Emma Ng is an Associate of Karas So LLP. She has experience in complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, with a focus on corporate insolvency and fraud related matters.

Emma has experience acting for clients in claims against company directors for breaches of fiduciary duty, as well as claims against banks and other third party recipients of misappropriated assets for assisting breaches of fiduciary duty.

Emma was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2021 and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
