Anthony is an Associate at Karas So LLP. He has advised and represented clients in commercial litigation and insolvency-related disputes, arising from major corporate collapses involving fraud and breach of fiduciary duties.

Anthony has experience acting for liquidators, listed companies and corporate clients in proceedings at the High Court and the Court of Final Appeal. He also has experience in urgent interlocutory applications, including injunctive relief and disclosure orders.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony worked as a management consultant at an international management consulting firm.

Anthony is a native speaker of English and Cantonese, and is fluent in Mandarin.

Acting for 1MDB and its subsidiaries in its global recovery efforts in connection with corruption, bribery and money laundering conspiracy.
Acting for the liquidators of a 1MDB subsidiary in ongoing proceedings against a Swiss private bank for breach of banker’s duty.
Acting for the liquidators of a paper trading company formerly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in ongoing proceedings against its former auditors for professional negligence.
Acting for the liquidators of a tea production company formerly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in ongoing proceedings against its former auditors for professional negligence.
Acting for the liquidators of a financing company against a former director for breach of fiduciary duties in connection with uncommercial high-value loans.
