Jenna has experience in complex commercial litigation and associated investigations, with a focus on corporate insolvency, fraud, professional negligence and asset recovery.
She has advised and represented clients in winding up and liquidator appointment applications, as well as court and arbitration proceedings arising out of major corporate collapses, including claims of professional negligence against auditors, breaches of duties against directors, and fraud and misappropriation of assets against directors and third party recipients. She has also worked on taxation related matters concerning the recovery of provisional liquidators’ professional fees and assisted victims of cyber fraud and scam cases in the recovery of assets.
Jenna is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Advising and acting for liquidators on various matters in a number of high-profile corporate collapses of offshore companies formerly listed in Hong Kong and with business operations in the Mainland. These cases frequently involve proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and concern a range of different businesses including property development, dairy farming, production and sales of food and beverages, and water purification services.
China Medical Technologies, Inc
Representing the court appointed liquidators of China Medical, a Cayman Islands company that was listed on NASDAQ, including investigations and litigation in Hong Kong and the US over its US$500 million collapse.
Hing Yip Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited
Represented the liquidators of a company in the Hong Kong-listed Ocean Grand Group in claims against the company’s former aluminium trading partners for dishonest assistance and knowing receipt.
Pacific Andes Group
Representing the directors of a Hong Kong and Singapore-listed fish trading and processing group in defending against a claim alleging fraud and other misconduct and seeking damages of almost US$1 billion.
