Stella Hu, an accomplished arbitration specialist, is skilled in navigating the intricacies of resolving complex commercial disputes between Chinese and foreign parties. She has represented clients in HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, SCC and CIETAC arbitration. Stella’s recognition as a “Rising Star” in China Dispute Resolution by Legal 500 Asia Pacific highlights her technical excellence and client-focused approach. Prior to joining Karas So LLP, Stella worked for Dechert and Herbert Smith Freehills. Stella commented: “I am pleased to have joined a highly professional and dynamic firm. Tara Hamilton, a seasoned litigator, brings over a decade of experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. She has extensive experience in advising debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in high-stake enforcement work and multi-jurisdictional transactions. She is recognised as a “Rising Star” in Hong Kong Restructuring and Insolvency by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and the IFLR1000 Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Karas So LLP, Tara worked for Weil Gotshal & Manges and Ropes & Gray. Tara commented: “I am delighted to join Karas So LLP.
