In the lead up to the STEP Asia Conference (held between 14-15 November 2023 in Hong Kong) Karas So LLP in Association with Mishcon de Reya took advantage of the cooler weather and hosted a cocktail reception at the Upper House Hotel, Hong Kong on 12 November.
Overlooking the harbour and elevated over the city on the Lawn of the Upper House, guests and fellow partners from the STEP Asia Conference had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with others in the private wealth sector prior to the start of the two day event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. It was a high-spirited event and gave attendees a welcome occasion to discuss new developments relevant to the wealth management community.
The Karas So LLP and Mishcon de Reya cohort was made up of attendees from the Hong Kong, Singapore and London offices. This included Jason Karas, Kevin So, Mark Davis, Jonathan Mok, Kamal Rahman, Carmen Cheng, Geoffrey Lai, Wenwen Chai, Enoch Lee, Hysan Woo, Lisa Lee, Dan Amroussi, Vincent Sim, Charlie Sosna and Peter Steen.
Filippo Noseda also attended and was a featured speaker at the Conference, discussing 'Limiting information exchanges and public registers – privacy issues'.
