She has advised and represented clients in proceedings arising out of major corporate collapses, including claims of professional negligence against auditors, breaches of duties against directors, and fraud and misappropriation of assets against directors and third party recipients. She has also worked on taxation related matters concerning the recovery of provisional liquidators’ professional fees.

Represented the liquidators of a company in the Hong Kong-listed Ocean Grand Group in claims against the company’s former aluminium trading partners for dishonest assistance and knowing receipt.

Representing the directors of a Hong Kong and Singapore-listed fish trading and processing group in defending against a claim alleging fraud and other misconduct and seeking damages of almost US$1 billion.
